How to disassemble the top handle?

To disassemble the handle, start by removing the valve. Set the valve to the steam release position, then gently move it to the left while lifting it. Next, rotate the cap and loosen (but do not fully remove) the screws hidden beside the handle. Then, loosen the chimney nut. Once all the parts are removed, simply reverse the steps to reassemble.

How to install the new replacement part?

Position the pressure indicator correctly.Use a screwdriver to press the release button.Place the cap upside down and position the handle in place.Partially insert the screws into the cap (do not fully tighten).Install the cup (by turning) and the chimney.Tighten the handle screws securely to the cap.

To determine the type of thread your pot requires, simply count the threads on the chimney. If it has an 0.23 inches thread, this pack will be fully compatible with your Fagor Express 99 model. You can check compatibility by reviewing the images in the listing.
